We provide transaction coordination services for real estate investors, wholesalers, and private lenders. This includes assistance with contracts, documents, deal structure, and communication throughout the closing process.
We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
2. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information promptly.
Respond to communication in a timely manner.
Ensure your transactions comply with all applicable laws.
3. Fees & Payments
Fees are based on deal type and scope, disclosed upfront.
Payment is due as agreed in your service quote or invoice.
No refunds for completed work. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if a deal is canceled.
4. Termination
You may cancel at any time; completed work will be billed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-cooperation or non-payment.
5. Liability
We are not liable for financial outcomes, legal issues, or lost opportunities.
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Intellectual Property
Our tools, processes (e.g., "The CROWN Process"), and templates remain our property. You may use deliverables only for your internal business use.
7. Confidentiality

8. Governing Law
